I have been revisiting some of the Cook from Scratch recipes from 18 months ago and wanted to share them again. They are really nutrient packed and showcase the vitamins and minerals that I am highlighting in the current health series.

A serving of this meal will provide you with healthy amounts of the following essential nutrients in addition to an easily digestible protein from the turkey.

Vitamins A, C, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12. Minerals Calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, selenium and Zinc.
