It sounds most interesting and reminds me of that film, The Last September. Of course any film that is graced by both Maggie Smith and Michael Gambon, not to mention David Tennent and Fiona Shaw… you just couldn’t miss. One more for the eternal TBR list.
Not at all Judith, if I hadn’t enjoyed them, I wouldn’t have mentioned it. x You do realize that you are guilty of adding to that endless TBR pile, Thanks! x
Looks like a great book Judith. I just loved this series and wondering if I should should read this before the 2nd in the series? I have Secrets and I’m doing that one first. 🙂 xx
Oh, thank you, Debby. If you have read Pattern of Shadows I would say this is a good time to read #100TT as you have just learned about Bill and Winifred as parents (I hadn’t thought of that before.)But Changing Patterns does continue the story, though – and then Living… Oh dear, I’m not much help am I?!!I’m actually carrying on with Edith Jagger’s story from Secretsand hope to make it into a book. ❤ xx

No doubt. It wouldn’t be the first of your books I’ve enjoyed and doubt it will be the last. x 🙂

I am guilt-ridden. LOL. What we need are longer days… and no housework to interfere with our reading.x

Yes, and at least nine lives… I need at least that to get through my TBR list! x
