It’s a writing, The Archers on Radio Four, Sunday lunch, and a gardening day – the latter if the rain holds off. Oh, and a small mention of the cover reveal by Honno, of my next book, The Stranger in my House…. on Tuesday 30th July 2024.
The garden is looking quite good, even after a day and night of being drenched in Pembrokeshire rain.
Photos of Bosherston Lily Ponds, courtesy of Husband, on one of the few sunny days. Lovely now – but when the lilies are out, even more gorgeous.

Swans again – but from a safe distance!!
Must get on…
Hope you all have a lovely Sunday, wherever you are. x

I think it’s because the weather can’t make up it’s mind in the UK, Liz – one day glorious sunshine, the next wind and rain. Everying blossoms, except human beings, who don’t know what season it is. LOL I guessing you have wall to wall sunshine? x

This summer we’re having wall to wall sunshine–when it isn’t raining for days at a time.

I love your garden! It’s beautifully tended and cared for without looking regimented. Bosherston looks serene and tranquil even when it’s stormy weather. Can’t wait for the cover reveal on Tuesday! xxx

Thank you, Alex. We like to think it’s a birds’ paradise – except for those pesky magpies!! Bosherston is one of our favourite walks. And cover reveal days are always a nervous excitement day, aren’t they! 🥰

Lovely garden! Ours is suffering from the heat. And yup, swans are gorgeous but really cantankerous! Cover reveal – lead on!

Thanks, Noelle. It’s strnge weather from one day to the next, but the garden seems to be flourishing. Our old dog once gor too near a swan and was chased – quite frightening. Nervous how the book cover will be received, but the publiaher and I chose it together, so we’ll see. x

I do love the garden, Debby. Seeing it evolve each year, from the field it once was, has been a joy. All down to David – I just supply the tea and biscuits… and admiration. 🥰🥰🥰
